Instructions for How To Use Sizing Tool to Adjust Band

Step 1

Turn the knob counter-clockwise to make room in the slot for the band.

Step 2

Place the band into the slot with the backside of the band face up and hairpin side holes away from the pin-removal rod, and then carefully align the rod with the pin on the recess side of the watch band.

Step 3

Slowly turn the knob clockwise so that the rod pushes the pin partially out of the watch band link. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to open the slot, and then remove the watch band. Pull the pin completely out of the band link.

Step 4

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to remove the pin from the other side of the link, and then remove the link. Continue removing pins and links until the band is the desired length.

Step 5

To reassemble or add back links to the band, press the two unattached links together, and slide a pin into the flange side hole that is on the opposite side of the recess side.

Step 6

Place the watch band into the slot with the backside of the band face up and hairpin side next to the pin-removal rod and knob. Align the rod with the pin, and then slowly turn the knob clockwise to push the pin into the watch band link.
