Centa Smart Tracker Instructions
Thank you for purchasing the WITHit CENTA smart tracker. This guide is here to assist you in navigating through the various features of your tracker.
FULLY CHARGE THE TRACKER
- Before initiating the setup process, ensure that your smart tracker is fully charged.
Note: Charging may take up to 2 hours; don't overcharge.
CHARGING THE TRACKER
- Align the gold pins on the charging cable with the gold contacts on the back of the tracker; they will magnetically connect. If you encounter resistance, flip the cable around.
- The magnetic charging cable will easily latch into place.
- Plug the charging cable into a UL-certified wall charger or a computer USB port.
- Once fully plugged in, the tracker will illuminate a red LED on the side to indicate charging.
- When fully charged, the LED color will shine green.
Note: Avoid using fast chargers.
SETTING UP THE TRACKER
- Search for the TRACK WITHit app in your app store.
- Install the TRACK WITHit app on your smartphone.

TRACK WITHit APP COMPATIBILITY
The TRACK WITHit app will work on the following smartphones:
- Android (version 8.0 and above)
CONNECTING YOUR TRACKER TO YOUR SMARTPHONE
- Open the TRACK WITHit app.
- Review the user agreement and tap agree. Please note links to the privacy policy.
- Create or Login to your email enabled account. Please note you may use a guest account, but your data will not be backed up.
- Fill in your personal information.
- Enable TRACK WITHit app Notification permissions. The TRACK WITHit app can send you notifications.
- Tap the Device tab on the app's bottom bar to start the pairing process.
- Select "Add Device."
- Enable Location permissions.
- Enable Nearby Devices permission.
- Choose your tracker (CENTA).
- The pairing code will be accepted by the tracker automatically.
- Notification Access may be requested, but CENTA, without any buttons or screen like a smartwatch, does not need this. It does not relay or manage smartphone notifications.
- Specific App notifications may be requested or available to toggle. Toggle all off. CENTA does not need this. CENTA does not relay or manage smartphone or app specific notifications.
- Run in Background permission will be requested. Allowing TRACK WITHit to run in the background will avoid a smartphone from disabling the app or disconnecting the device to optimize power. Allowance will provide the most reliable experience.
- Accept CENTA Bluetooth pairing confirmation when your phone prompts.
- Only pair your tracker using the mobile app.
DISCONNECTING YOUR TRACKER & SMARTPHONE
- Open the TRACK WITHit app on your smartphone.
- Tap the Device tab located on the bottom bar of the app.
- Tap the “Unpair” button at the bottom of the page.
- The app will display a “Do you want to unpair the device?” box; select “Remove/Confirm.”
POWER ON/OFF
- To Turn On: Attach the magnetic charging cable. You will see an LED illuminate to show active charging and the tracker is on. There are no buttons.
- To Turn Off: Open the TRACK WITHit app, Tap the Device tab located on the bottom bar of the app, Tap “Shutdown,” then select “Confirm/Cancel.”
WELLNESS FEATURES
STEPS, DISTANCE AND CALORIES
- The tracker automatically records the number of steps you take throughout the day, with associated daily distance and calories. Please note your movement stats reset to 0 at midnight.
- The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes these at-a-glance progress cards. You can tap into the Steps, Calories, or Distance card to see detail pages and find historical data.
- Swipe down on the Health tab screen to refresh the tracker data to the app.
- You can set your daily goals on the TRACK WITHit / Me tab. Tap “Goal Setting” to set your daily step goals.
HEART RATE
- The tracker automatically measures your heart rate. The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Heart Rate” at-a-glance card. You can tap into the Heart Rate page with the daily detail and historical data.
- On the TRACK WITHit / Device tab find “Heart Rate Monitoring” and tap to enable/disable, set monitor interval time, or set the time of day for readings. Please note that more frequent measurements will negatively affect battery run time.
BLOOD OXYGEN
- The tracker automatically measures your blood oxygen SpO2. The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Blood Oxygen” at-a-glance card. You can tap into the Blood Oxygen page with the daily detail and historical data.
- On the TRACK WITHit / Device tab find “Scheduled SpO2 Monitor” and tap to enable/disable, set monitor interval time, or set the time of day for readings. Please note that more frequent measurements may negatively affect battery run time.
STRESS MONITORING
- The tracker automatically measures and calculates relative stress levels. The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Stress” at-a-glance card. You can tap into the Stress page with the daily detail and historical data.
- On the TRACK WITHit / Device tab find “Stress Monitoring” and tap to enable/disable, set monitor interval time, or set the time of day for readings. Please note that more frequent measurements may negatively affect battery run time.
HRV
- The tracker automatically measures your HRV (Heart Rate Variability). The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “HRV” at-a-glance card. You can tap into the HRV page with the daily detail and historical data.
- On the TRACK WITHit / Device tab find “HRV Timed Monitoring” and tap to enable/disable, set Monitor Interval time, or set the time of day for readings. Please note that more frequent measurements may negatively affect battery run time.
BODY SURFACE TEMPERATURE
- The tracker automatically measures your body surface temperature. The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Body Surface Temp” at-a-glance card. You can tap into the Body Surface Temp page with the daily detail and historical data.
- On the TRACK WITHit / Device tab find “Regular Detection Of Body Surface Temperature” and tap to enable/disable, set monitor interval time, or set the time of day for readings.
- Please note that more frequent measurements may negatively affect battery run time.
SLEEP
- The tracker automatically measures your sleep. The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Sleep” at-a-glance card.
- Here you can tap into the Sleep page with the previous night’s summary graphical detail for durations, sleep stages (Deep, Light, REM, Awake) and historical data.
WEIGHT
- The TRACK WITHit app can help you track your weight. The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Weight” at-a-glance card. You can tap into the Weight page to show trend data.
- Here you can tap the Edit icon to add a new weight entry for today’s date. You may also tap the Delete icon to delete the record.
EXERCISE
- Choose your exercise type and record your activity data.
- Open the TRACK WITHit / Sport tab. On the top of the Sport page, you can choose from 4 categories:
- “Outdoor” for GPS tracked running or walking. The tracker will use your smartphones GPS location data for more the best accuracy.
- “Indoor” for running or walking without GPS data.
- “Cycling” for cycling outdoors with GPS data as available or
- “Climbing” for outdoor climbing or hiking
- The big center blue Play button will start a countdown to the activity.
- During the exercise activity the phone will display active data including map view for GPS enabled activities. Find the Lock icon button to enable screen lock to avoid accidental touch during the exercise.
- To Set Goals for an exercise activity tap the Flag icon. You may use Distance, Time and/or Calories. Once you set any of goals a “Start Exercise” button will be ready at the bottom of the page.
- Tap the Settings icon from the main Sport tab or in the Active Data view to keep the Screen Always On or review and adjust the TRACK WITHit smartphone permissions for the best experience and results.
AUTOMATIC ACTIVITY RECOGNITION
- The tracker will automatically monitor for exercise activity and will record data for a potential activity session and add it to the Exercise Records.
- To enable/disable, on the TRACK WITHit / Device tab find “Regular Detection Of Body Surface Temperature” and adjust the toggle.
EXERCISE RECORDS
- The TRACK WITHit / Health tab includes the “Sports Records” at-a-glance card. The card shows the most recent Sports Record stat summary. Tap the top section to open that specific Sports Record page. You can tap “See More Sports” to access chronological records or use the calendar icon in the top right corner to jump to a day.
- For each record summary you will find the mapped route for GPS enabled exercises with mapped playback as well as Time, Calories, Pace, Ave HR, Steps, and Ave Altitude.
- Heart Rate is measured continuously and shown graphically by time and sorted into Heart Rate Zones. Pace is recorded and displayed by mile, Steps Frequency graphed by time, and Altitude by time.
- Find the data sharing icon and features on each Sports Recording page in the upper right corner.
FIND MY TRACKER
- While connected by bluetooth, you can help locate your CENTA tracker via the TRACK WITHit app / Device tab. Tap the “Find a wristband” settings entry, then press the big play button to activate the vibration alert on your CENTA tracker.
WEATHER
- Current weather conditions and upcoming forecasts are available from the TRACK WITHit app / Health tab. You will find the Weather at-a-glance graphic current conditions in the upper right corner. Tap the weather graphic and it will bring you to your local weather forecast information.
- Please note that smartphone location permissions are required for localized weather.
ALARM CLOCK
- The WITHit CENTA tracker has a vibration alert that can be used for alarm clock functions.
- Go to the TRACK WITHit app / Device tab. Tap the “Alarm Clock” settings entry. Here you can set up to 5 alarms with day repeatability settings.
- The alarm will vibrate for 30 seconds. Strongly tap the top of CENTA to disable the vibration during the alarm.
- The vibration intensity setting can be adjusted. Go to the TRACK WITHit / Device tab and tap the “Vibration” settings entry to adjust.
USER PROFILE INFORMATION
- You may use a guest account with local data only or an email enabled TRACK WITHit account for cloud backups of your data.
- Go to the Me tab at the bottom of the TRACK WITHit app and tap “User Profile.”
- Here you can update: profile image, nickname, gender, age, height, weight and email.
ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- You may use a guest account with local data only or an email enabled TRACK WITHit account for cloud backups of your data.
- Go to the Me tab at the bottom of the TRACK WITHit app and tap “Settings.”
- Here you can Add or Logout of an account, modify password and clear data cache.
- You may also toggle Auto Data Sync. Enabling this will increase the frequency the data is updated to backup services. Please note this may negatively affect battery run time.
For Google users – CONNECT GOOGLE HEALTH CONNECT or GOOGLE FIT TO TRACK WITHit
- You can enable your tracker to track steps, activity and more to share data with Google Health Connect service or Google Fit service depending on what you may have installed on your device.
- Go to the Me tab at the bottom of the TRACK WITHit app. Here you tap “Settings” and then tap “Google Health Connect” which will bring you to the Google Fit or Google Health Connect screen to review and enable data permissions and to toggle on specific activity data categories.
- After connecting Google Fit or Google Health Connect service, a disconnect slider will appear on this page ready to disconnect and unlink the services. Follow the prompts to disable the permissions.
TRACKER CARE:
- Avoid wearing the smart tracker while applying sprays or creams.
- Avoid contact with corrosive agents like paint, solvents, or adhesives to maintain the finish.
- Do not attempt to replace or disassemble the battery.
WATER RESISTANCE (3 ATM):
- Certified water-resistant for up to 3 ATM pressure testing (equivalent of 30 meters depth). This provides everyday assurance against incidental moisture, light rain, hand-washing or accidental splashes.
- Not recommended for swimming, water sports, hot tubs, saunas, or diving/snorkeling/saltwater use.
STRAP CARE:
- Environmental conditions can affect strap durability.
- Limit direct heat or sunlight exposure, keep the watch dry, and avoid contact with wet surfaces.
- Clean lightly soiled straps with a weak, soapy water solution on a damp cloth.
- Light-colored straps may attract color transfer; be cautious with cosmetics.
- Discoloration of straps is not covered under the guarantee.
STEP COUNTER:
- Smart trackers use accelerometers; wrist actions mimicking steps may inaccurately record.
- The step count is a guide; some wrist movements while sitting or standing may be recorded.
GUARANTEE:
- WITHit guarantees quality and style testing products before shipment.
- Products are guaranteed against defective parts and construction for two years from purchase.
- The guarantee requires the original receipt for validation.
Please note: This does not cover lenses, bands, straps, bracelets, water penetration, or batteries. Breakages due to accidents or maltreatment are not covered.

BATTERY WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Before using the product, carefully review the safety information and instructions.
BATTERY WARNINGS:
- Do not attempt to replace the battery, open the device enclosure, or disassemble your WITHit product, as this may cause a safety hazard.
- The integrated rechargeable battery cannot be removed or replaced.
- Contact with battery acid may require immediate medical attention; flush the affected area thoroughly with clean water.
- Disconnect the charger when the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharging.
DEVICE WARNINGS:
- This is a Class B product, and it may cause radio interference in a domestic environment. Users may be required to take adequate measures in such cases.
- Ensure proper engagement of your tracker with the charging contacts.
- Check the product for damage before each use; do not use it if it is damaged.
- This product is not a toy; children should not play with it.
- Avoid opening the tracker device and exposing it to strong impacts, vibrations, direct sunlight, or dirt.
- Do not place heavy objects on the product or exert pressure on it.
- Avoid strong magnetic fields, such as those from loudspeakers.
- Remove the product before using saunas, as salt and thermal water can lead to corrosion.
- Operate the product away from heat sources, and do not cover it during operation or charging.
- Avoid using the product on airplanes, in hospitals, service rooms, or near medical electronic systems.
- Only use the product if the display is intact.
- Protect the product from extremely high or low temperatures.
- Use non-abrasive cleaners for cleaning; remove the product if it feels warm or hot.
- Avoid wearing or operating the product while charging.
- Do not charge the product if it is wet.
- Refrain from checking notifications or using applications while driving or in situations where distractions could be hazardous.
- Always be aware of your surroundings when using WITHit products and services.
- Remove your smart tracker at regular intervals for gentle cleaning.
- Some wearers may suffer skin irritation if the tracker is worn for prolonged periods. Sensitive skin, skin allergies, and medication could contribute to the irritation incurred and should be considered before use.
HEALTH WARNINGS
ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS AND MAGNETS:
- WITHit smartwatches and smart trackers emit electromagnetic fields, and models with magnetic charging docks contain magnets.
- These components may interfere with medical devices like pacemakers and implanted defibrillators.
- Consult your doctor and medical device manufacturer before using a WITHit device.
HEART RATE MONITOR:
- Designed for recreational use only; not intended for medical purposes such as diagnosing or monitoring medical conditions.
- Periodically emits flashing lights; consult your doctor if you have epilepsy or similar conditions.
- Heart rate readings are generally accurate but can be affected by the fit, wearer's physical characteristics, and activity intensity.
EXERCISE AND ACTIVITY TRACKING:
- WITHit smartwatches and smart trackers calculate distances and calories burned during training; consult a doctor before starting new exercise regimes.
- Close activity, sleep, and calorie estimations may not always be accurate.
SKIN IRRITATION:
- Prolonged wear may cause skin irritation, especially for sensitive skin or allergies.
- Remove the tracker regularly for cleaning and avoid over-tightening on your wrist.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE TRACKING:
- If your watch features cycle tracking, use it for personal records only; it is not intended to assist or prevent conception.
- Consult your doctor if you notice anything unusual.
STRESS READINGS:
- Stress readings are indicative only; seek professional help if under prolonged periods of stress.
LIABILITY AND CONTRACT:
- WITHit cannot be held liable for material damage or personal injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with safety instructions.

- Disposal of the packaging & your WITHit product should be done in accordance with local regulations.
- Batteries are not to be disposed of in municipal waste & require separate collection.
